Live painting & sculpting
I worked on this episode recently on the Twitch live stream. We stream on twitch every Wednesday at 6pm - 9pm. It makes it a lot more fun when people are hanging out in the chat. I answer questions about the process but also tell silly stories and talk about pop culture stuff.

I freak out
I wake up in the morning with anxiety. It’s probably because I immediately start slurping coffee and thinking about how many balls I’m sometimes juggling. It’s not great.
I’m trying to work on it by starting a morning routine.
Eating a decent breakfast soon after waking up. This is counter to what I’ve done my whole life but from what I read it helps to lower cortisol levels after not eating all night. I do find that I’m a little shaky in the mornings. When I say decent I mean eggs, yogurt, nuts, beef jerky, blueberries - stuff like that.
I ordered some decaf coffee from Amazon for first thing in the morning. I’ll have to get over my bias of decaf coffee, but I’m going to give it a try. This is what I ordered. I’ll probably switch to caffeinated a little later in the morning but start with this.
Instead of jumping out of bed and panicking about all the spinning plates, I’m trying to not put pressure on myself to do or think about anything for the first hour or so of the day. You have to wake up pretty early to make this work. I meditate and walk a little bit on the stair stepper and then take a shower.
